Property prices up by 1.1% during February
Residential property prices in #Spain registered an increase of 1.1% during the month of February, with average "asking" prices (throughout Spain) at 1,744 Euros per square meter, based on information from the property portal idealista, and those prices are up by 8.1% when compared with February 2018. Madrid is the region with the highest price per square meter at 3,099 Euros and for comparison purposes. Toledo has the cheapest at 786 Euros per square meter. Asking prices in the Alicante region vary wildly from north to south, coastal and interior. The average asking price in the region is 1,500 Euros per square meter (as at close of 2018) and also showing signs of increasing.
