Taxing times
Miguel Marina, who became famous overnight a few weeks ago because he was raffling his apartment in Ciempozuelos (Madrid) at five Euros a ticket, has called-off the raffle. He will return the money to all the participants because he cannot afford the 48,000 Euros that he would have had to pay to the National State Lottery and the Betting Commission before beginning the drawing. When your luck is down....................................
