Euribor rates mean big savings
The Euribor rate is finally bringing some joy to homeowners in Spain. The rate closed the month of January at 2.622% meaning a saving of at least 139 euros on an average mortgage (150.000 Euros on a 25 year term). That equates to an annual saving of 1.660 Euros. Good news I'm sure.
