New Development of Homes in Els Poblets, Denia - Prices from 159,000 (plus IVA)

A few weeks ago, one of the trusted (and established) construction firms that we work with, Victoria Playa, launched a new development of 14 homes within a gated community in Els Poblets, Denia. The community, called "Villas Els Poblets" is made up of 6 single storey properties and 8 duplexes, all of them featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms, private gardens, a parking space, plus access to a community swimming pool. Prices start at a very attractive 159,000 Euros (plus IVA). The homes are walking distance into the village of Els Poblets and also the beaches along Les Marines, the area is flat so very easy to get around, either walking or biking. And only ten minutes into Denia.
Construction has started now (see the photos below) and the properties are due for completion July 2018.
