New development in Calpe - Urbanisation Oltamar

Friday evening, we visited a new development of 17 townhouses in Calpe which we are delighted to offer for sale, situated in the area known as Oltamar (a five minute walk to the tram station / bus into town) with a choice of properties with south or east-facing orientation. Prices range from 150,000 Euros to 186,000 Euros (plus taxes and notary fees which are approximately 12% if you are a cash buyer).

The properties are identical, the only variable being the location within the urbanisation, the size of the garden and of course the view. Distribution is over two floors, with a build size of 154 sq. meters. You enter on the upper floor into the hallway with a bedroom to one side and stairs down to the lower floor on the other side.
