It's also about time we introduce our new associate Mark Dransfield who has recently relocated to Guardamar, south of Alicante and will be heading up Ultimate Homes south of Alicante. Having bought and sold a couple of cheap doer-upper properties here in Spain with Ultimate Homes over the last 5 years I decided to finally take the plunge and move to Spain this January.
