Property Visits to Start Again Next Week

The Ministry of Health will authorize real estate visits at the start of phase 1, scheduled for May 11. It could be the case, as stressed by the Assistant Director-General for Architecture and Building, that such visits could be authorized in some regions and not in others. Therefore, in view of the fact that visits could be authorized in the Valencian Community, a Security Protocol will be implemented in the properties that we offer for sale and / or  rent, to protect our clients, collaborators and our own team. El Ministerio de Sanidad informará y autorizará las visitas a los inmuebles durante el comienzo de la fase 1, prevista para el próximo 11 de mayo. Podría darse el caso, tal y como ha recalcado el Subdirector General de Arquitectura y Edificación, de que dichas visitas se pudieran autorizar en unas comunidades autónomas y no en otras, ya que prevalecerá en qué fase se encuentre el control de la pandemia en cada parte del Territorio Español. Por lo cual ante la previsión de que en La Comunidad Valenciana se pudiera autorizar las visitas se pondrá en marcha un Protocolo de Seguridad en nuestras propiedades en venta / alquiler, para proteger a nuestros clientes, colaboradores y a nuestro propio equipo.
