According to latest figures from Pisos.com, it's Alfaz del Pi, with an average price per square meter of 2,510 Euros, followed by Javea (2,444), Calpe (2,323), Benidorm (2,285), Alboraia (2,281), Altea (2,272), Valencia (2,107) and El Campello (2,007). At the other end of the scale, the town of Manuel, with an average price per square meter of 583 Euros.
