Spain will be one of the first countries to recover from the housing crisis
This article came from the Spanish newspaper ABC and confirmed the thoughts of Roger Cooke, the Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield EspaƱa, that the first countries to suffer from the housing price drop, such as the UK, the USA and Spain, will also be the first to begin to show signs of recovery. “It is foreseeable that the markets in the USA or United Kingdom will be favorable, likely starting in the second half of 2009,” indicated Cooke, who specified that “we will have to wait until the middle of 2010 to see serious recovery”.
