A Happy New Year to you all!

2018 has been another strong year for property sales in Spain and prices are up across the board. Although the Brexit issue has made some British buyers a little nervous we have seen an increase in buyers from other markets, namely Ireland, Scandinavia, the Benelux countries and even Canada. Most noticeable is that Spanish buyers in 2018 have been our largest market.

Tourist numbers to Spain have continued to beat all records during the last 12 months, so now is as good a time as any to pay us a visit. You never know, you might even find a property.
